At Beside and Beloved, we want every keepsake we make to feel right.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please write
to us at care@besideandbeloved.com within 14 days and we will
make it right.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, contact us
for a full refund. We kindly ask that you delete the file from
your devices once your refund is processed.

CUSTOM-MADE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
(Star Map, Memorial Tribute Page, Personalised Poem Print)

If there is an error in the customisation — a misspelled name,
wrong date, or anything that does not match what you submitted —
please contact us within 14 days of receiving your file and we
will remake it free of charge.

If you have changed your mind about a custom order, contact us
within 14 days of receiving the file for a full refund. We ask
that you delete the file from your devices.

CUSTOM PRINTED PORTRAITS
(Watercolor, Oil Painting, Pencil Sketch)

If your print arrives damaged, please send us a photo at
care@besideandbeloved.com within 7 days of delivery and we will
replace it at no cost. No need to return the damaged print.

If there is an error in the customisation, contact us within 14
days of delivery and we will remake and reship at no cost.

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery
for a refund. The print would need to be returned to us in its
original condition before the refund is issued. Return shipping
is the customer's responsibility.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or
return any order within 14 days, for any reason and without
justification, in line with EU consumer protection law.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email care@besideandbeloved.com with:
· Your order number
· Whether you would like a refund or replacement
· The reason for your request (optional, but appreciated)

We respond personally within 24 hours.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10
business days of approval. Banks and card providers may take
additional time to post the refund.
